So easy, anyone can do it! One of the many ways to use your homemade pasta (Or store bought if you will). Bechamel is a white sauce that is considered one of the mother sauces in French Cuisine. It can be tweaked to become many other variations, a great addition to your kitchen skills! We added spinach so we can tell our mothers we ate our veg for the day!
